'Lifetime access' to an Autostrada Plus account means access for the operational lifetime of this service. If we terminate this service within 3 months of you purchasing an Autostrada Plus account, we will make reasonable endeavors to refund the money you paid when purchasing the account.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. You agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
In the event that any provision of these terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these terms shall not be construed against us.
We reserve the right to vary any part of these terms by posting updates to this webpage. It is your responsibility to check this webpage periodically for changes. We reserve the right to refuse you the sale of an Autostrada Plus account, or to cancel the purchase of an Autostrada Plus account retrospectively. If that happens, we will make reasonable endeavors to refund the money you paid when purchasing the account.
